We aim to despatch orders within 7 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

For Channel Islands and Highlands and Islands destinations, please contact us for a delivery price. Unfortunately we are not currently able to ship outside of the UK.
Items not received
If you contact us to say that you have not received your order we will require you to sign a non receipt form before we can resend your order. This can be sent via email or by the post and must be received back within 7 days.
Items damaged in transit
Although every effort is taken to ensure our parcels are well-packed when they leave our warehouse accidents do happen. If this does happen please contact us within eight working days and email us pictures of the damaged item(s) to email@example.com and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible for you.
If you wish to return an item, we need to receive it back into our warehouse within twenty eight days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. Please retain all packaging until you are sure you wish to keep your items. Should you wish to return an item to us please repack it with care using all the original packaging or a suitable alternative. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. This does not affect your statutory rights.
With the exception of faulty and damaged goods we are not responsible for the return postage and do advise that you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us.
If you wish to cancel your whole order and return it to us, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must let us know within eight working days of receiving your parcel. This can be done by calling us on 01522 797703 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then need to return the whole order to us, at your own expense if you have already received it. Once we receive the whole order back we will issue a full refund including the original delivery charge.
Returns can take up to twenty one days to be processed, especially during busy periods.
Please note refunds for items bought as gifts can only be refunded to the original purchaser and if you decide to swap or exchange an item we cannot stop the original purchaser from knowing.

If you wish to return an item for an exchange, you will be responsible for the return postage. Please note, the original item must not be damaged or faulty Please use the returns slip on the bottom of the invoice to state which item(s) you are returning and what you would like to receive in exchange.
